Who we are looking for: 

Our Hospitality Staff are the face of our company and are the first step in providing quality service and hospitality to our guests. They are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a fast, friendly and efficient manner. 

Daily Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests, taking and finalizing orders, suggestively selling, preparing and refreshing beverages, communicating specific customer needs to kitchen, delivering meals to guests 

• Cleaning equipment and floors, stocking, preparing store for peak periods 

• Knowledgeable of menu items and their ingredients and knowledgeable of how products are prepared 

• Take initiative in resolving guest challenges and involve a leader only when previous methods have been unsuccessful 

• Engage with our guests by anticipating and responding to their needs

• Maintain a calm demeanor to preserve a hospitable experience for our guests

• Adhere to hygiene and appearance standards 

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

• No restaurant experience is required - we’ll train you! 

• Must be able to stand on your feet for entire shift 

• Must use CORE 4 as model to serve our guests and team
